About Lindsey
I believe therapy works best in a space that feels genuinely safe — one where you (or your child) can be honest without fear of judgment. Building that trust is where every part of our work together begins.
I work with clients across the full range of ages, from children through adolescents and adults, adapting my approach to meet each person where they are — whether that's through play-based techniques for younger children or more traditional talk therapy for teens and adults.
Together, we'll look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand what's really driving them, so the progress we make is lasting rather than temporary.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem struggles, and I'm available Monday through Thursday by appointment.
