About Nina
Nina joined Michigan Mental Wellness after earning her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. She's a down-to-earth, caring therapist who works closely with clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
Her experience spans academic difficulties, developmental and life transitions, and family or peer relationship conflicts — as well as the everyday struggles that don't always fit neatly into a diagnosis but still deserve real support.
Nina works with clients of all ages, and believes that honesty and self-acceptance are at the heart of meaningful therapeutic change.
Areas of Focus
Therapeutic Approach
In sessions, that shows up as a genuine curiosity about who you are beneath the presenting problem. Nina encourages self-exploration not as an abstract exercise, but as a practical path toward living a life that actually feels like yours — whether you're working through daily struggles, academic pressure, or deeper relational patterns. Clients often describe her space as warm and easy to open up in, without feeling judged or rushed.
